How Booking Works To ensure proper timing, accurate scheduling, and full service preparation, add-on services are selected separately from your main service. When booking: 1. First, choose your main service 2. Then return to the Category dropdown 3. Select Service Enhancements to view available add-ons 4. Add each enhancement individually as needed This system helps reserve the correct amount of time for your appointment and allows me to properly prepare for every detail of your visit. Need a Different Time? If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, please join the waitlist and include as much detail as possible: * Preferred days * Preferred times * Schedule flexibility * Upcoming event or deadline dates * Any last-minute openings you could accept The more information you provide, the better the chances of finding an opening that works for you. Priority / Squeeze-In Appointments Need an appointment sooner than current availability? Limited priority appointments may be available for requests that require schedule adjustments. Priority booking fees may apply: * Appointment requested within 48 hours: +$25 * Same-day appointment request: +$40 * Before-hours or after-hours appointments: Starting at +$65 These fees reflect the additional flexibility and schedule disruption required to accommodate urgent requests. Cancellation Policy

✨ Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Policy ✨ We understand that life happens. At the same time, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the policy below carefully. ⸻ ⏰ Notice Requirements • 24+ hours’ notice No cancellation fee. Deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. • 12–24 hours’ notice A 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged. • Less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows A 20% cancellation fee will be charged and the deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ ⏳ Late Policy • A 10-minute grace period is provided. • After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added to your service. • If you are 20 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation (fees will apply). Please understand that late arrivals affect the remainder of the day’s schedule and other clients. ⸻ 🔄 Rescheduling • Initial appointments may be rescheduled one time only with proper notice. • If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled or missed, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book again. • If Paradise Hair Promotions needs to reschedule due to an issue on our end, a 5% discount will be applied to the rescheduled service. ⸻ 💳 Payment & Enforcement • Cancellation and late fees are automatically charged to the card on file. • Clients with repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may be required to prepay in full for future appointments. ⸻ 💬 Final Note These policies are in place to protect both your time and ours.
